Kasey, making Andrew Jackson's Hermitage radiate with delicacy and grace. Here are some of our favorites from our bridal session with Kasey this spring! Thank you to Emily Burns of Prairie Rose Events for the planning and coordination!
Jason and Melissa were married last Fall at The Cordelle and it was absolutely epic. Modern Vintage Events knocked it out of the park with their planning and styling, bringing in rockstar vendors to make Jason and Melissa's day one thousand percent unique. An emotion-filled, joyful day, brimming with surprises, from the champagne-filled coupes upon guests arrival, the incredible floral circle arbor, a delicious and relaxed chinese buffet for dinner, and a night under the (moon and) stars for the dance party. Every bit of this wedding was gorgeous, we tried to pare it down for sharing, but there's still so much to show! Jason and Melissa, love you to the moon and back. This one is so, so special.

Sarah and Patrick had the most beautiful, intimate wedding last Fall at Allenbrooke Farms. True to Sarah and Patrick's personalities, they shared their wedding day with their closest friends and family and dug in deep with them. They were greeted with the most incredible golden hour after their ceremony, enjoyed dinner as one big family at the single dinner table, and were sent off with beautiful fireworks. Thank you, Sarah and Patrick, for asking us to document such a special day.
Desiree and David’s wedding is proof that while anything can happen, it’s still gonna be the best day. Their early May wedding started out bright and sunny and by the time the ceremony music started to play, the sky was dramatic and leaves were swirling. Desiree walked up the aisle to David, the call was made to make a run for cover, and by the time everyone made it to the barn, the incredible staff at Green Door Gourmet and the planners/coordinators of Modern Vintage Events had already flipped the room from reception to a back-up ceremony venue. With the second time being a little more rain-soaked, Desiree and David got to have that aisle moment one more time.
Alison and Brad were so much fun--even a gray and misting day couldn't dampen their spirits! Their wedding took place on the grounds of the historic Two Rivers Mansion and was planned and coordinated to a ‘t’ by the bride and groom themselves.
Drizzle aside, Alison and Brad met each other outside and smiled and laughed through it all. Ceremony ‘Plan B’ was being discussed and weather apps were being watched all afternoon. Amazingly, once the ceremony began on the front steps of the mansion, the rain ended and the sun began to shine.
The entertainment for the reception was provided by Alison's dad's band, as guests watched and danced from the back porch. During a break, Brad’s band took over the entertainment, keeping the party going. The celebration continued on through the evening--ending with Brad and Alison racing through and dodging glowsticks to their getaway car.
